Twenty-six and living in De Pijp, a few streets back from the part of it that stays busy into the night. Serbian and English are both on her page, and her English late in the evening is slow and clear, which is easier to follow when you are tired. She works with her weight rather than her speed, and the hour does not gather pace towards the end of itself. Guests who come back to her usually come back for the same length again.
