Body to body massage in Amsterdam without the clearing up
Body to body is full contact oil work in which her forearms, body and weight do what the palms do in an ordinary session. There is no gel involved, which is the practical difference that matters: nothing to buy, nothing to spread out and nothing to rinse away, so the format fits a small room and an evening you want left undisturbed. It is closer than the other quiet formats, and guests either find that settling or find it more presence than they were looking for. Those who like it tend to say the same thing: with contact spread over a whole surface rather than a pair of hands, there is nothing specific to pay attention to, and attention is exactly what they came to put down.
Where it comes from
It grew out of the Japanese gel format as that spread through European studios in the nineteen nineties and met rooms with no waterproof surface, no floor drain and no appetite for the cleanup. Taking out the gel left the principle, which is contact across the whole surface rather than at the hands, and left a session that could be given on an ordinary bed in an ordinary room. That is why it is the version most often taken to a hotel, and why it survived in cities where the original barely got a footing.
How she works
Oil is applied to both sides so that the glide is even and nothing drags. She works from above with her weight controlled through her knees and arms, so what reaches you is warmth and pressure rather than load. Long diagonal passes cross the back rather than running straight down it, which is what distinguishes the format from an ordinary oil session at close range. Contact is continuous from the first pass to the last, and her forearms take over wherever the angle would make the palms awkward.
The hour itself
It begins like an oil session, face down, with her hands and forearms warming the back. The change is gradual rather than announced. Oil goes on both sides, and the long passes start being carried by more than the palms, with her weight held above you rather than dropped onto you. The pace stays even throughout and the format has no crescendo built into it. Her limits are stated before anything begins and are not revisited. Because nothing is being set up or cleaned up, the hour has no seams in it, which is why guests lose the clock in this one early. She lightens off at the end rather than stopping, and the room stays as quiet as you asked for it to be.
Who asks for it
Guests in small rooms and quiet buildings. Anyone who found ordinary oil work pleasant but stayed alert through it. Visitors who dislike the logistics of the gel formats and want the same closeness without a shower to negotiate afterwards. It is a poor fit for someone who wants firm remedial pressure on one area, and also for anyone for whom closeness itself is the thing that would keep him alert.
What it leaves you with
Broad contact at skin temperature reaches a kind of tension that fingertips do not. Guests report that the hour feels shorter than it was, which is generally the sign that the tracking mind gave up early. It also leaves nothing to be dealt with afterwards, so an evening can end at the door rather than in a bathroom.
How long to hold
Sixty minutes works and ninety is better, because the transition into full contact is unhurried and an hour spends a third of itself getting there. Two hours suits guests who already know the format. There is no length at which it becomes strenuous for you, since your part in it is to lie still.

Asked quietly
How is this different from nuru?
The medium and the logistics. Nuru uses a thick warmed gel and wants a waterproof surface, a warm room and a shower afterwards. This one uses ordinary massage oil on a bed and leaves nothing behind, so it can be given in a room where the gel format would be a mistake. The closeness is comparable, the evening around it is much simpler.
Can it be done in a room with a small double bed?
Yes. The work happens on the bed and needs no floor space, no mat and no clearance around it. A cramped room costs you nothing here, which is why guests in older canal buildings tend to be steered towards this format rather than towards the ones that want a bathroom.
Is it noisy?
It is the quietest of the close formats. There is no water, no shifting of equipment and nothing to carry between rooms, so from outside the door it sounds like nothing at all. If the walls are thin, mention it in the thread and the work simply stays on the far side of the bed.
What does an hour cost?
The same as every other format on this site: 180 euros for one guest with one therapist, 270 for ninety minutes, 360 for two hours. Two of you sharing one therapist is 360 an hour and a therapist each is 720. Nothing is added for the evening, the weekend or the journey across the centre.
